Crossroads Christian Church

Led creative team at Crossroads as weekly attendance doubled from 4K to 8K and the church was named one of the largest and fastest-growing in America.

As Creative and Marketing Director at Crossroads Christian Church, I led an incredibly talented in-house team of designers, writers, developers, content managers, video producers, and photographers. One of my first priorities was modernizing the brand—bringing consistency to fonts, colors, and visual style to unify every touchpoint.

Over the next four years, I directed and/or designed everything from the church website, print materials, and signage to sermon graphics, study guides, large-scale events, and stage design. I also oversaw content campaigns, video production, and the visual direction for ministry brands across the church.

During that time, Crossroads saw its weekly attendance grow from 4,000 to over 8,000 and was named one of Outreach Magazine’s 100 Largest and Fastest-Growing Churches. While many factors contributed to that growth, I’m proud to have played a part in helping the creative and communications evolve to support it.

I’m even prouder of the team I got to lead, and the trust the pastors placed in me to shape the brand through a season of growth and momentum.
