I'm a Creative Director with full stack experience in tactical creative and multi-channel consumer marketing, leading creative and development teams, and building brands and design systems.
In every initiative, I take a holistic approach, connecting high-level business strategy to expertly crafted details and the human experience.
In every team, I strive to embody servant-leadership, and build processes and systems that bring consistency to the brand, efficiency to the business and stability to the creatives.
Over the last 15+ years, I've mastered a handful of creative and marketing skills including branding, creative direction, visual design, brand strategy, consumer marketing, team leadership, web/email design, design systems, SMM and ad copywriting.
Additionally, I've developed a high-level of proficiency in e-comm strategy, marketing consulting, 2D motion graphics, voice acting, photography, videography, post production, product design and procurement, SEO, and project management.
I'm proficient in key Adobe creative tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects, and Premiere, as well as web design/no-code dev tools: Figma, Sketch, XD, Webflow and Shopify. I'm also efficient in Workfront, Wrike, MailChimp, and MS Office.
I hold two degrees: a Bachelor in Marketing and a Master in Theology. I'm also certified in Google Display Ads and Skillsoft's Agile Principles and Methodologies. As a constant-learner, I'm continually developing business knowledge, leadership abilities and any new skills that help the brands I work with.
As for personal life, God and my family are most important to me above all. I love spending time with my wife, Sydnee, and our 3 kids: Diesel, Maverick and Hollyn. Most weekends, we're hanging out, driving around town in our Bronco and trying new restaurants. In my down time, I enjoy working out, mountain biking, playing Call of Duty, watching Marvel and Star Wars, building LEGOs or having lightsabers duels with my kids.
